OSIS is a non-profit Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) and technology services organization dedicated to empowering Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community health centers across the United States. Founded in 2000 when three FQHCs in Ohio needed a new Practice Management System, OSIS has grown to support over 70 health centers across 35 states with more than 550 combined years of expertise. OSIS delivers three core service lines: CyclePoint RCM (revenue cycle management to increase cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable), Managed IT Services (proactive IT support, vCIO, cybersecurity, and readiness assessments), and EMR Optimization (comprehensive optimization and training for practices using NextGen electronic medical records). As a non-profit governed by a board of its own member health centers, OSIS prioritizes mission over margin — reinvesting in solutions and acting as a true partner to help health centers reduce complexity, improve care delivery, and serve underserved populations.
