Oplink owns multiple research and manufacturing facilities across Asia, including in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. Originally a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker OPLK, Oplink was acquired by Koch Industries in 2013 for approximately $356.5 million and subsequently became a Molex company.
