Originally a subsidiary of the Orion Confectionery and Tongyang Group conglomerates, the company was acquired by CJ Group in 2010 and operates as part of CJ ENM. ON Media operates multiple cable television networks including OCN, Tooniverse, OnStyle, Ongamenet, Catch On, Super Action, and Badook TV, serving a wide range of entertainment, gaming, and lifestyle audiences across the country. The company is headquartered in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, and also delivers broadband services.
