OncoveryCare is the first virtual cancer survivorship clinic, providing integrated, whole-person care for individuals living with and beyond cancer. The platform connects survivors with a multidisciplinary team of oncology-trained nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators who address the physical, mental, and functional late effects of cancer treatment — including fatigue, pain, anxiety, and cognitive changes. OncoveryCare partners with oncology practices to embed survivorship care into existing treatment pathways, operating a risk- and need-stratified model designed to offload survivorship workload from busy oncology clinics. The company is co-founded by a physician-survivor team and backed by Flare Capital Partners, with services currently available in New York and Tennessee.
