Oncko is a biotechnology company discovering and developing novel multi-drug combination therapies for solid tumors, tackling the combinatorial challenge of identifying optimal drug pairings, doses, and schedules among billions of possibilities. The company uses its proprietary SuperTumor experimental model—representing one million cancer resistance mechanisms—combined with in vivo and in silico testing and real-world patient data to identify combination regimens with superior efficacy and lower toxicity.
