The company developed enterprise-grade web analytics software, growing its flagship SiteCatalyst product to serve major clients including Apple, Amazon, and Adobe before being acquired by Adobe Systems in October 2009 for $1.8 billion. Adobe integrated Omniture's products into the Adobe Marketing Cloud and retired the Omniture brand in 2012.
