Omniconvert is an eCommerce optimization company headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. It was founded by CEO Valentin Radu, who ran conversion and retention experiments as CMO of a large online car insurance company before starting the business. Its product suite spans Omniconvert Explore for CRO and A/B testing, Omniconvert Pulse for NPS and retention, and Nexus by Omniconvert, an AI eCommerce growth engine that finds opportunities, runs tests, creates ads, and launches campaigns. More than 2,500 eCommerce and retail brands, including Decathlon, Auchan, Tempur, Avon, Patagonia, and Heineken, have run experiments on Omniconvert's platforms, and the company has been profitable and independent since 2023.
