Omneon

Omneon was a provider of video server and storage infrastructure for broadcasters and media companies. Backed by Accel Partners, Omneon produced video server solutions for companies producing and distributing audio and video content. Harmonic acquired Omneon in September 2010 for approximately $274–$306 million to expand its video delivery infrastructure.
