Novem is a code-first data visualization and analytics platform that empowers companies to make faster, smarter decisions through automated reporting, AI-driven analysis, and beautiful data outputs. The platform combines an AI analyst (Minerva), an agent framework for building AI-based workflows, chart and document generation, email insights, dashboards, and job scheduling into a unified environment accessible via API, CLI, and web app. Novem's mission is to streamline human-machine interaction by handling data complexity so users can focus on synthesis and decision-making. Founded in Oslo in January 2024, the company raised $500K in accelerator support from Antler and StartupLab, followed by a $1.3M pre-seed round in June 2025. The team of eight operates across Oslo, London, and Palo Alto.
