Nostos Genomics

Nostos Genomics is an AI-driven genetic analysis company based in Berlin, Germany, founded in 2018. Its AION platform automates variant interpretation for genetic testing laboratories, completing full-exome analysis in under two minutes to speed diagnosis for the estimated 475 million people worldwide affected by rare, largely genetic diseases. AION uses a white-box AI approach with a continuously updated knowledge repository of over 100 annotations, including functional genomics data, and is CE-IVDR certified and GDPR compliant. Nostos Genomics was acquired by Limbus in September 2025.
