Nexa3D

Nexa3D is a Ventura, California-based additive manufacturing company founded in 2017 that designs ultrafast industrial-grade polymer 3D printers and high-performance photopolymer resins for professional and production use cases. The company's NXE and NXD printer series use proprietary lubricant sublayer photo-curing (LSPc) technology to deliver print speeds significantly faster than traditional SLA or FDM systems, targeting aerospace, automotive, dental, and industrial manufacturing customers. Nexa3D expanded its European footprint through the acquisition of Addifab, gaining a Copenhagen presence and strengthening its software and tooling capabilities. In 2025, Stratasys acquired select 3D printing assets from Nexa3D to augment its own polymer additive manufacturing portfolio.
