Neurosensum

Neurosensum is a Jakarta, Indonesia-based market research company founded in February 2018 by Rajiv Lamba, who serves as Founder and CEO. The company combines neuroscience techniques — including EEG, eye-tracking, facial coding, and other implicit and physiological measurement methods — with AI and machine learning to help brands understand the subconscious drivers of consumer behavior, moving beyond traditional survey-based market research toward neuroscience- and behavioral-analytics-based insights. Neurosensum raised seed funding from Alpha JWC Ventures in 2018, followed by a $1.8 million Series A led by SIG China (SIG Asia Investments) announced in 2019, and roughly $1 million in pre-Series B funding around mid-2023. The company has grown to more than 100 employees with operations spanning Indonesia, India, and Malaysia, and later launched SurveySensum, a self-serve survey automation and customer-experience-management platform.
