Netbank (A Rural Bank) Inc. is the first fully regulated Filipino bank built specifically to power fintechs, offering a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform that enables financial technology companies and corporates to launch, embed, and scale financial services in the Philippines. Founded in 2019, Netbank provides a modular suite of products including Collect-as-a-Service, Disburse-as-a-Service, Account-as-a-Service, and Lend-as-a-Service, accessible via API and digital tools. The platform serves local and international payment companies, cash lenders, e-commerce platforms, HRIS providers, and vehicle dealers, helping them embed accounts, payments, loans, and cards directly into their products. Netbank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
