Minerva Surgical is a women's health medical device company singularly focused on minimally invasive intrauterine treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). The company's product suite includes the Minerva Endometrial Ablation System, which uses three simultaneous ablation methods (bipolar RF energy, direct thermal ablation, and heated intracavitary fluids); the Symphion operative hysteroscopy system for fibroid and polyp removal; the Genesys HTA system offering continuous direct visualization; the Resectr tissue resection device; and the HERizon disposable hysteroscope for in-office diagnostic hysteroscopy. In January 2026, Axora Medical purchased the business assets of Minerva Surgical, with day-to-day operations remaining unchanged.
