Mind-Easy is an adaptive mental health platform co-founded by University of Toronto graduates Alexandra Assouad and Akanksha Shelat. The platform bridges the gap in mental health disparity for diverse workforces by providing culturally sensitive mental health resources in more than 100 languages. Mind-Easy focuses on equity and inclusion, offering digital therapeutics and tools designed for multi-ethnic workplaces. Founded in Toronto in 2022.
