Mile (milenow.com) is a Dubai-based AI-native logistics operating system founded in 2016 by Shawar Javed (CEO) and Fawad Ahmed (CTO). The platform provides small and medium-sized businesses across the GCC region with a modular suite covering order management (OMS), transportation management (TMS), and warehouse management (WMS), all connected through a single integrated data model. Mile's AI orchestration layer, branded MAC, automates route optimization, inventory management, and logistics workflows end-to-end. The company serves SMEs across 10 MENA markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, and Egypt, and is designed to scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of orders. Mile participated in the Sanabil 500 Global Seed Accelerator (Batch 6) and received seed investment from Riyad Taqnia Fund (RTF) to expand across UAE and KSA. The platform offers both subscription tiers (Core, Suite) and a freemium entry point.
