Messly was started in 2016 by Dr Abrar Gundroo, an Anaesthetics Registrar, with his friend Chris. The company built a locum-finding service that is a faster, simpler and more transparent way to find locum work, that has become THE way that doctors find locums. Gundroo now serves as the team's technical lead ensuring the Messly app has the features doctors need, while co-founder Christopher Kurwie looks after the commercial and marketing efforts at Messly.
