medifa healthcare group is an owner-run, internationally active one-stop-shop provider of medical technology for operating rooms. Its product and service portfolio covers modular wall, door, ceiling, and cabinet systems (RooSy Room Systems) for turnkey operating rooms, operating tables, table accessories, and operating lights; medifa is also owner of one of the largest German OEM suppliers in medical technology. In July 2021, a consortium led by Hohnhaus & Jansenberger and Cathay Capital Private Equity acquired the company, recapitalizing its balance sheet to support new production capacity (including a 30,000+ sqm facility) and continued international expansion, including a strategic partnership in China.
