The platform helped pharma and biotech clients optimize the effectiveness of their sales and marketing operations through data analytics and business intelligence. Founded in 2000, MarketRx raised approximately $10.2M in venture funding before being acquired by Cognizant Technology Solutions in November 2007 for $135 million in cash, becoming part of Cognizant's Life Sciences practice.
