Malleable is a San Francisco startup founded by Eric Pelz, who spent a decade leading Asana's workflow group before shifting to AI in early 2023 while partnering with Anthropic and AWS. With Malleable, a team describes how its work should run in plain language, and the software carries out the process end to end, shows each person exactly what they need, and improves every time it runs. Unlike agent builders that automate isolated tasks or automation tools that connect apps and map fields, Malleable coordinates the full process -- triggers, people, and tools -- and adapts as the team's workflow evolves.
