Majesco is a Morristown, New Jersey-based insurance technology company that develops cloud-native software platforms for the property and casualty (P&C), life, annuity and health (L&AH), and pension and retirement administration markets. The company's core products — including Policy, Billing, Claims, and Distribution software for P&C, and the V3locity platform for L&AH and pension administration — are used by more than 375 customers globally including 11 of the top 15 P&C insurers and 8 of the top 15 L&AH insurers. Majesco has completed over 500 implementations and serves insurers across 4 continents. Its product suite also includes digital experience solutions, analytics and reporting tools, a distribution management platform, risk and compliance modules, and Majesco Copilot, a generative AI assistant designed to accelerate underwriting, claims, and customer service workflows. The company was taken private by Thoma Bravo in September 2020 in a transaction valued at approximately $729 million, and has since expanded through acquisition, including the purchase of Vitech Systems Group from CVC in January 2026, which added pension and retirement administration capabilities to its portfolio. As of 2026, Majesco employs approximately 2,800 people and generates over $370 million in annual revenue.
