M&T Bank Corporation is a financial holding company headquartered in Buffalo, New York, and one of the largest regional banks in the United States by assets. Founded in 1856, M&T Bank operates more than 940 branches across 12 states and Washington D.C., with a particular focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
