Lytro was an American computational imaging company founded in 2006 that pioneered commercially available light-field cameras capable of refocusing images after capture. The company later pivoted to virtual reality video capture with its Immerge system before ceasing operations in March 2018 after raising over $200 million. Most of its employees transitioned to Google following the wind-down.
