Lyon

Lyon trains a customer foundation model from each customer's transaction and event data. The system turns customer events and profiles into embeddings that support downstream predictions including churn, credit risk, fraud, collections, income, and cross-sell. Rather than requiring separate feature-engineering projects for each use case, Lyon provides one model that customers can use with existing features as well. The company says training and inference run inside the customer's VPC, allowing the customer to retain its data and model weights while deploying in its own AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure environment.
