Its behavior-based platform allowed large mobile software publishers to manage in-app purchases, licensing, and entitlements at scale, with PCI Level 1 compliance. The company had subsidiaries in Singapore, Tokyo, and San Francisco. Lotaris raised a $9.5 million Series A in 2011 and was later absorbed into Forbes Digital Commerce (a Lotaris SA company) by 2014.
