The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza, d. d., Ljubljana) is Slovenia's sole stock exchange, established on 26 December 1989 after a break of almost 50 years. Headquartered at Slovenska cesta 56 in Ljubljana, it lists shares, bonds, treasury bills, and commercial papers, and operates both the Regulated Market and the SI ENTER multilateral trading facility for smaller issuers. As of 31 December 2024 the exchange employed 13 people and is led by Marko Bombač, President of the Management Board. The Ljubljana Stock Exchange is wholly owned by the Zagreb Stock Exchange (Zagrebačka burza d.d.).
