Liti (Liti Saúde) is a Brazilian digital health company that provides an ongoing medical weight-loss program combining physician care, nutrition, and daily WhatsApp follow-up. Patients receive a one-hour first consult, personalized meal plans, and—when clinically appropriate—prescription and dose management for medications, with clinicians reaching out when data changes rather than waiting for the next appointment. The service also includes Lito, a 24-hour assistant that answers food questions based on each patient plan, plus peer groups for people at the same treatment stage. Co-founded by nutrologist Dr. Eduardo Rauen, Liti targets people who have tried diets and supplements without lasting results and want continuous, data-informed care.
