Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) is one of the largest producers of manufactured homes in the United States, headquartered in Bedford, Texas. Founded in 2005 by Curtis D. Hodgson and Kenneth E. Shipley, the company designs and builds a wide range of factory-built homes including singlewides, doublewides, tiny homes, and workforce housing. Legacy operates manufacturing facilities in Commerce, TX, Fort Worth, TX, and Eatonton, GA, and sells directly through 13 retail stores as well as through independent dealers.
