LawPivot

LawPivot was a Google Ventures-backed crowdsourced legal Q&A platform, co-founded by a team of lawyers and technologists including Jay Mandal (a former Apple M&A attorney), Nitin Gupta, and Steven Kam. The San Francisco-based startup connected startups and small businesses with vetted attorneys for confidential legal advice on topics like corporate law, intellectual property, contracts, employment, tax, and immigration, and later added a public Q&A feature for the wider business community. LawPivot was later acquired by Rocket Lawyer.
