Kyomei is a biotechnology company transforming crop leaves into nature's bio-factories, creating and extracting healthy ingredients for clean-label, better-for-you foods. The company prioritizes ingredients that are difficult to source at scale naturally, are animal-derived, or increasingly unsustainable, providing the food industry with a scalable supply that meets growing demand.
