Lead program KRRO-121 is a GalNAc-conjugated RNA editing oligonucleotide targeting hyperammonemia in patients with urea cycle disorders (UCDs) and hepatic encephalopathy (HE), with a regulatory filing anticipated in H2 2026. A second program, KRRO-111, targets alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) and achieved over 90% RNA editing in preclinical studies.
