Klang

Klang Games is an independent game development and entertainment studio based in Berlin, founded in 2013 by three Icelanders. The studio is best known for SEED, a large-scale persistent MMO society simulator where AI-driven characters called Seedlings live, work, and socialize continuously even when players are offline. The game runs on a single shared planet called Avesta and features player-driven economies, political systems, and social structures. Klang previously shipped ReRunners: Race for the World (2015) for iOS and Android. The studio has approximately 120 employees and is backed by investors including Animoca Brands, Kingsway Capital, London Venture Partners, and Northzone.
