Kiwilogic was a Hamburg-based European technology company specializing in natural language processing and conversational AI for the internet. Founded in 1999, the company developed and marketed Lingubot — a software platform enabling businesses to deploy AI-powered virtual agents and chatbots on their websites to automate customer dialogue and support interactions. Lingubot allowed online customers to search a company's knowledge base by interacting with a natural-language virtual character, providing an early form of conversational commerce and automated customer service. Kiwilogic served business clients across Europe as a B2B SaaS provider, positioning its Lingubot platform as an enterprise-grade solution for internet-based dialogue automation. The company was acquired in January 2006, marking the end of its independent operations.
