Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, with an interest in or operation of approximately 78,000 miles of pipelines and 136 terminals. The company transports natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, and carbon dioxide through its pipeline network, and its terminals store and handle renewable fuels, petroleum products, chemicals, and vegetable oils. Kinder Morgan transports roughly 40% of all natural gas produced in the United States and serves industrial, utility, and commercial customers across the continent. With approximately 11,000 employees, the company is also investing in energy transition assets including renewable natural gas and carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS) projects.
