Founded in 2024 by Eric André and Rasmus Andersen, the platform deploys an AI agent named Sara that conducts structured screening interviews via voice, chat, or SMS — enabling companies to fill roles in days rather than weeks without increasing recruiter headcount. Kiku integrates with 100+ applicant tracking systems and is used across the EU, UK, and US, achieving 96% candidate satisfaction and cutting time-to-hire by 3x. The company raised €4 million in Seed funding led by Cherry Ventures in July 2025.
