JustSpotted, formerly known as Scoopler, was a real-time search engine that aggregated live updates from Twitter, Flickr, Digg, and Delicious to surface breaking news and events as they happened. In 2010 the team pivoted the product into JustSpotted, a celebrity-sighting tracker that let fans see where celebrities had been spotted in real time, aggregating public posts from Twitter, Facebook, and Foursquare. The San Francisco-based startup, founded by AJ Asver, Dilan Jayawardane, and Benjamin Tauber, shut down both services in July 2011 after Google hired the founding team to work on Google+.
