Jubiwee

Jubiwee was a Paris-based people-analytics startup, founded in 2016 by Thibaud Martin, Victor Mustar, and Antoine Bellion, that gave HR teams and managers real-time employee-engagement analytics through short, engaging pulse surveys and feedback collection, helping managers spot trends and take proactive retention action. By 2021 it had reached roughly $702K in ARR and 11 employees while remaining bootstrapped. In September 2021, Jubiwee merged with Germany's COYO and Finland's Smarp to form Haiilo, a global employee-communication and engagement platform; Jubiwee's product now operates as Haiilo Insights and its standalone jubiwee.com domain is no longer live.
