Jibe

Jibe provided enterprise talent acquisition teams with a cloud-based recruitment marketing platform designed to modernize the candidate application experience. The platform combined an analytics engine that unified recruiting metrics from disparate ATS back-end systems into actionable hiring intelligence, optimized mobile and desktop job application flows, simplified job distribution across boards, and streamlined employee referral programs. Jibe integrated with all major applicant tracking systems via a SaaS model with no IT disruption. Clients included large global employers seeking to improve apply conversion rates and employer brand. Jibe was founded in 2009 in New York and raised approximately $39–41 million in total funding before being acquired by iCIMS in July 2019.
