Janix is an AI-powered event management platform providing ticketing, check-in, CRM, audience analytics, and public website hosting in a single system. The platform uses machine learning for automatic audience segmentation, persona clustering, and behavioral scoring built from ticket and attendance data. It supports multi-venue events, campaign attribution, and proactive AI recommendations — surfacing which shows are behind pace and drafting targeted re-engagement campaigns automatically. Founded by Scott Wilcox, former CTO of SXSW.
