iZettle (now Zettle by PayPal) was a Swedish fintech company that developed mobile point-of-sale systems enabling small businesses to accept card payments via smartphone. Founded in 2010 by Jacob de Geer and Magnus Nilsson, iZettle expanded across Europe and Latin America before being acquired by PayPal in 2018 for $2.2 billion.
