Better buildings for a better world
Infogrid, now rebranded as Noda, was founded in 2018 in London and provides end-to-end IoT sensor solutions and AI analytics to make commercial buildings smarter. The platform ingests data from BMS systems, meters, sensors, and bills to create a normalized data foundation for AI-driven building optimization. Capabilities include energy and carbon tracking, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, HVAC optimization, and automated demand management. The company raised $90M in a Series B round in 2023 and has acquired Aquicore and Buildings IOT to build a unified platform. Customers include Hilton Worldwide, which achieved a 10% utility reduction across deployed properties. Following the rebrand to Noda, the company now operates from dual headquarters in Washington, DC and Chelmsford, Essex, UK.
