Hyper was a voice AI company that transformed how public safety answering points (PSAPs) handle 9-1-1 calls by autonomously resolving up to 75% of non-emergency calls, freeing call takers to focus on critical emergencies. The platform offered intelligent call routing and escalation, real-time analytics and quality assurance, seamless integration with existing call handling systems (PSTN or SIP), and SOC 2 certified infrastructure with regional data residency. Founded by Benjamin Sanders, Hyper raised $6.3 million in seed funding led by Eniac Ventures in July 2025, and was subsequently acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2026.
