HTX Labs is a Houston-born, fully remote commercial software company founded in 2017 on a mission to revolutionize the way critical training is created, deployed, and measured across the Department of Defense and commercial enterprise. The company pioneered the EMPACT Immersive Learning Platform, which enables users to rapidly develop, create, distribute, and measure realistic immersive training content anytime, anywhere, on any device using XR (extended reality) technology and high-fidelity simulations. EMPACT is now designated as the Department of War's Mission Readiness System, connecting mission knowledge, training, execution, and performance to strengthen warfighter readiness across the Force. The platform operates as a secure, IL4-accredited environment and supports readiness in contested, disconnected, and degraded environments. HTX Labs holds a $90M IDIQ contract for the entire Department of War through September 2028, a STRATFI award from AFWERX with the Air National Guard, and has been awarded under the Missile Defense Agency's SHIELD IDIQ ($1.5B ceiling over 10 years).
