HexemBio (also styled HeXem Bio) is developing the first blood stem cell rejuvenation therapy, using a proprietary synthetic niche — an engineered environment mimicking where stem cells are naturally born — to rejuvenate a patient's own hematopoietic stem cells outside the body before returning them via IV infusion. Its first clinical target is blood cancer, where rebuilding a healthy immune system is critical to recovery. Founded by CEO Gabriel Levesque Tremblay, CTO Samira Kiani, and CBO Samet Yildirim, the company is based in New York and raised a $10.4M seed round led by Draper Associates in April 2026.
