HelixPay was a Philippines-based commerce enablement platform founded in 2021 in Makati, specializing in recurring payments, event ticketing, and e-commerce solutions for the Philippine market. The company built the first subscription payment platform optimized for recurring payments in the Philippines, serving clients across events, venues, ticketing, and digital commerce verticals, with notable customers including Comedy Manila, MNL48, and Podcast Network Asia. Backed by Foxmont Capital Partners in 2022, HelixPay was acquired by Mosaic Solutions in February 2025, as part of a broader initiative to build the Philippines' first unified commerce platform combining business technology, payments, and digital commerce capabilities.
