Helio Logistics

Helio Logistics, Inc. was the corporate parent of NextMed (also Next Medical), a New York-based telehealth startup that sold GLP-1 weight-loss medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro online. At its peak, NextMed built a team of 1,000+ employees across 13 countries, processed millions of lab tests and prescriptions through partnerships with Labcorp and Quest, raised $15M in funding, and turned down a $100M acquisition offer. NextMed shut down its service as FDA-recognized GLP-1 shortages ended, and separately faced FTC enforcement action over deceptive weight-loss advertising claims, after which the parent entity was renamed Southern Health Solutions, Inc.
