Havoc

Havoc is a Providence, Rhode Island-based defense technology company founded in 2024 that develops all-domain collaborative autonomy software and unmanned vehicles for military and national security applications. The company's software suite — comprising Havoc C2 (command and control), Havoc Insights (AI analytics), Havoc Connect (resilient peer-to-peer networking), and Havoc OS (edge autonomy) — enables a single operator to supervise hundreds or thousands of autonomous assets across sea, air, and land domains simultaneously. Havoc's platform is interoperable with existing defense systems and C2 networks, and has accumulated over 25,000 hours of autonomous operations with partners including Anduril, CACI, Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Navy, and U.S. Army. In May 2026, Havoc raised a $100 million Series A round and has expanded through acquisitions into air and ground domains.
