Gyre Therapeutics is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of small-molecule therapeutics, with its most advanced programs addressing organ fibrosis and inflammatory diseases. In the United States, F351 (hydronidone) is being evaluated for MASH-associated liver fibrosis. In China, through its controlling interest in Gyre Pharmaceuticals, Gyre is advancing a pipeline of drugs for organ fibrosis, including F351 for chronic hepatitis B-associated liver fibrosis. Its flagship product ETUARY (pirfenidone capsule) was the first approved treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the PRC.
