Groupe Vegas

Groupe Vegas is a French network of artisanal bakeries and pastry shops (boulangeries et pâtisseries artisanales) operating primarily in France. The company grew rapidly from 2015, reaching a consolidated revenue of €43 million by 2017 with more than 900 employees across 76 locations. In 2017, the group raised €5 million through a bond issuance to fund continued expansion. Groupe Vegas is incorporated as VEGAS SAS with its registered office at 46 rue Auguste Mounier, 92160 Antony (near Paris), France. The company has expanded its network through organic growth and acquisitions, including taking over the 19-location '48' bakery chain in Bordeaux in 2017. The group was recognized as a laureate of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2018.
