Greenwich LifeSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GLSI) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company based in the Houston area that is developing GP2, a novel peptide immunotherapy to prevent breast cancer recurrence. It has commenced Flamingo-01, a Phase III trial enrolling at up to 150 sites globally to evaluate GLSI-100 in HER2/neu-positive patients with residual disease or high-risk pathologic complete response after trastuzumab-based treatment. GP2 is a nine-amino-acid HER2/neu transmembrane peptide; combined with GM-CSF it is called GLSI-100.
